Available payment methods
The payment methods displayed at checkout are the options available for your order. Availability can vary by location, currency, device and payment provider. Do not assume that a wallet, installment service or financing option is supported unless it appears at checkout.
Prices, currency and order total
Check the displayed currency, selected variant, quantity and final total before completing your purchase. Any applicable shipping charges, taxes and discounts shown at checkout form part of that total. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate conversion or service fees under its own terms.
Promotional prices and codes
For any advertised promotion, review the eligible products and offer conditions. Enter a valid code where a discount-code field is available, and confirm the reduction before paying. Unless the offer explicitly says otherwise, do not assume that promotions can be combined or applied retrospectively.
Payment authorization and order status
A bank may show a pending authorization while a payment is being processed. A pending entry is not necessarily a settled charge or proof that an order has shipped. Keep your order confirmation and check its status before trying to place the same order again.
If a payment is declined
Check the billing details and payment information, then contact your payment provider if the decline continues. If you see a charge but have not received an order confirmation, email us with the checkout email, approximate order time and amount. Do not include full card details.
Installments, when offered
If a pay-later or installment option is available at checkout, approval, repayment dates, interest and fees are set by the providerโs terms shown to you. We do not guarantee approval, a monthly amount or interest-free financing.
Refund-related questions
Refund eligibility is determined by the return and cancellation terms applicable to your order and your legal rights. The timing of a credited refund can vary by payment provider. If a refund has been confirmed but has not appeared, contact us with your order number so we can help check its status.
Keep your payment details private
Use the store checkout or the authorized payment-provider interface to enter payment details. Do not send your full card number, security code, account password or one-time banking code by email or phone. If a payment request looks unusual, contact us directly before responding.
